Background

As employee, I find my personal contact list on my dashboard page. With EasyView, I'm able to change the columns the way I want (need). Furthermore, I'm able to export my contacts to Excel-compatible CSV file.

Note: In this example, connections of "Andreas Horlacher" (me) are provided.

Features

• Uses PREFILTER property: Column USER_ID_1 is filtered by the Id of the current user. Placeholder {currentUserId} provides the appropriate value - there's no need to set the real value.
• Direct Communication: Phone, Chat using Skype, Mail
• Visit connection's profile pages, stay tuned!
• Export contacts to Excel or Clipboard

Story

• As employee, I need to communicate with others - and specially with my connections - in an easy way. By sending a mail, chat on Skype or just making a phone call, everything is being provided directly on the EasyView report. Collaboration includes direct communication - and that saves time. 

Configuration

• Add EasyView to page
• Select datasource CONNECTIONS (change from USER to CONNECTIONS on the list)
• Add column USER_ID_1 to definition
• Add other columns to definition
• Set prefilter properties to display active user's contacts
  • Edit properties at USER_ID_1 - click button   
  • Opt-in APPLY_PREFILTER
  • Set PREFILTER_VALUE to {currentUserId}
  • Save edited properties with
