Actual

I work as independent developer since 2007. In all these years, I had to do with fascinating tools and technics - I am addicted to all types of gadgets, widgets and apps.

I realized customer projects for Schweizer Fernsehen (Swiss National Television), NZZ Neue Zürcher Zeitung (Swiss newspaper) and Radio Energy Zurich. Also I did some work to local companys here in "Wallis" where I live.

I also realized a lot of gadgets and some iPhone apps and published it under my name.

Early years

1983, I got my first home computer (VIC-20) in my hands. From this moment, I feel heavy addicted to computer programming.

Over all these years, I had to do with a couple of systems and development environments.

Early versions of MS-DOS, CP/M, Unix/Xenix, later all Windows versions (Win 2.11, Win 386, Win95, Win NT, ...), a b-bit OS/2 *LOL* as well, Linux and Apple Mac OS.

Installation of early LAN-Systems (all Novell-Systems from Novell-86) gave me a quit good overview about networking technics, a long time before anyone talked about internet.

Working for the finance

Half of my life, I was employed by software companies working for the finance.

My work was foccused to

• Portfolio-Management/Fund-Management Tools (Reporting, Evaluation, Performance, ...)

I played many roles in these companies. From developer to sales-activity, release-manager and support. I handled customer contacts in German and English.

Working for tourism

After all these years, I feel ready for a "change" and moved to the "Wallis" state. It is in the middle of Swiss Alps.

I get involved to local tourism business and worked for a organization in the "Goms" (http://www.goms.ch). I don't want to miss the time, but after 2 years, I wanted to go back for pure development.

Artworks

Never, I stopped doing my artworks. I love to write rhymes and texts (German only), paintings (some examples on this website) and music (guitar,keyboard).
